D’Arenburg The Hermit Crab Viognier Marsanne, 2005 Australia. A
dry, rich and complex wine with hints of peach and pear,
balanced with a fine acid structure. Bottle 18.00
Marmesa Chardonnay, 2005 California. This award winning dry
unoaked chardonnay has aromas of white peaches, lemon and fresh

Bouchard Saint Veran, 2006 France. Dry with aromas of peaches
and pears, gradually shading towards white and yellow flowers.

refreshing dry wine with crisp citrus, mineral, and good

Claude Michot Pouilly Fume, 2005/6 France. A superb classic
French dry white with elegant and well balanced fruit. Long yet

Robert Denogent Pouilly Fuisse la Croix, 2004 France. A
typically dry wine, with hints of lemon and peach aromas, whilst
the palate is elegant and has well balanced fruit, Excellent.

Rioja Preferido Semi, Vina Viejas, Vina Herminia 2005 Spain.
Made with old vine Tempranillo, this young wine is given a short

Vina Corral Merlot Reserve, 2004 Chile. Soft and generous with
plum and blackberry fruit with a touch of melted chocolate

Morgon Burgundy, 2006 France. Bursting with cherry, liquorice
and violet, this is a very pleasant and fresh Morgon. Bottle

De Trafford Cabernet Sauvignon, 2003 Australia. Deep, dark in
colour, intense fruit, rich and silky in texture with an
elegant, long dry finish. Bottle 35.00
Chateau La Fleur Pomerol, 2001/3 France. Juicy but elegant, red
berry and plum. The Cabernet Franc adds structure to balance the
soft, ripeness of the merlot. This is a well balanced and
complex Pomerol. Bottle 40.50

Chateau Loupiac, 2002 France. Sweet, medium bodied wine with
marmalade, honey and orange notes, sweet and lovely finish.

Miranda Griffith Golden Botrytis, 2004 Australia. Intense, super
sweet wine with honey and marmalade from the botrytis with a

Renard-Barnier Brut Champagne, France This delicate, feminine
Champagne is indeed a great discovery. Here is traditional
authentic Champagne produced entirely from grapes grown in the
family vineyards. It is aged for three years in bottle. Bottle

Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2000, France. Aromas of peach, pear
and dried fruits, with caramelised and almost mineralised citrus
fruit. Excellent. Bottle 70.00
Krug Vintage 1995, France. Krug is superb champagne with citrus,
ginger and toasted nut aromas. The palate takes on a creamy
richness but still has classic citrus and apricot. Very long on
the finish. Epic. Bottle 175.00
